What the shop does
Proven on the first piece
The shop runs multi-axis mills and live-tool lathes under one roof, with a climate-controlled inspection room at the end of the floor. Every job is programmed, fixtured and proven on the first piece before a lot runs, and the first article report ships with the parts.
- First article inspected on the CMM
- Setup sheets kept per part number
- In-process checks logged every lot

Quoted from your print
We work from your models and prints, quote from them within two working days, and hold the tolerances written on them. Tight-tolerance work is not a premium service here; it is the work.
- Two working days to a quote
- Cost drivers flagged before you commit
- Material certs with every lot

INDUSTRIES
Who the parts go to
Brackets, housings and fittings in aluminum and titanium, with full material traceability and first article reports to the customer's format.
Instrument components and fixtures in stainless and plastics, held to tight prints with documented inspection.
Machine components, end effectors and fixtures, often in small lots that change from build to build.
Manifolds, valve bodies and wear parts in steel and stainless, one-offs and repeat lots.
FROM CUSTOMERS
What buyers and engineers say
A short quote from a happy client belongs here. Two or three sentences is usually enough to make the point without losing the reader.
Replace this with something a real customer said. Specific praise reads better than a general compliment, so keep whatever detail they gave you.
Testimonials work best when they name the problem that was solved. Leave the wording as close to how it was said as you can.
QUESTIONS
Before you send a print
STEP and IGES for models, PDF for drawings. Native SolidWorks, Inventor and Fusion files are fine too. A drawing with tolerances and finish callouts gets you the most accurate quote.
Standard work is held to plus or minus 0.005 inch. Tight-tolerance features are routinely held to 0.0005 inch, and tighter on request when the geometry and material allow it. Tell us which features matter and we will tell you what we can do.
Yes. A single prototype is a normal job here. Setup is the main cost on a one-off, so the price per piece drops steeply as the quantity goes up.
Aluminum alloys, mild and alloy steels, stainless, brass, copper, titanium and engineering plastics. Material certs are available on request for any lot.
