About prototype machining
One to ten pieces from a model, often within a week, to prove a design.
Expand on this in your own words: who it is for, what the process looks like from their side, and what they have at the end.
A second paragraph suits the things people ask most, timescales, what you need from them, and how it is priced.
What is included
- An initial conversation at no cost
- A written scope and price before work begins
- One named point of contact
- A written summary when the work is done
What this covers
- Three, four and five-axis milling of complex geometry in one setup.
- Live-tool lathes for turned parts with milled features, bar fed to length.
- One to ten pieces from a model, often within a week, to prove a design.
- Repeat lots on fixtured setups with documented process control.
THE PROCESS
How this works
1. Send the model and print
STEP, IGES or native CAD plus a PDF drawing with tolerances and finish.
2. Quote and review
We quote within two working days and flag anything on the print that will drive cost.
3. Program and prove
The job is programmed, fixtured and the first piece is inspected on the CMM.
4. Run, inspect, ship
The lot runs, in-process checks are logged, and the parts ship with their reports.
What clients say
A short quote from a happy client belongs here. Two or three sentences is usually enough to make the point without losing the reader.
Replace this with something a real customer said. Specific praise reads better than a general compliment, so keep whatever detail they gave you.
