How a lot is checked
1. Material verified
Certs checked against the print before the bar is cut.
2. First article
The first piece goes to the CMM and is signed off before the lot runs.
3. In-process checks
Critical features checked at set intervals and logged.
4. Final inspection
Sampled to the plan, or one hundred percent where the print demands it.
5. Reports ship with the parts
First article report, inspection data and certs in the box or by email.
